How Pay and Growth Work at Pearl & Hoyt

We believe people do their best work when expectations are clear — starting with how compensation works.

Every team member in an entry-level role earns either a guaranteed hourly base pay or commission — whichever is higher. That means you’ll never earn less than your hourly rate, and when your performance exceeds that, your commission replaces it for that pay period.

Most of our representatives average $1,500 or more per week, and top performers regularly earn over $2,000, depending on the client campaign, consistency, and individual performance.

These figures are based on historical averages. Actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.

But pay is just one part of the picture.
